Securing the Legacy – Teacher Induction and Development Program
Due to a policy change in the ministry, 100’s of experienced teachers were transferred out of Royal College earlier this year (2018).
The RCU saw the essential need for an Induction Programme for the for newly joined Academic Staff, on the theme of “Welcome to Royal” , and focus on introducing to the Traditions and Culture of Royal, building leadership qualities in teachers, planning/organizing and personal grooming.

The RCU saw the essential need for an Induction Programme for the for newly joined Academic Staff, on the theme of “Welcome to Royal” , and focus on introducing to the Traditions and Culture of Royal, building leadership qualities in teachers, planning/organizing and personal grooming.
